I take photographs of landscapes that I experience as part of my normal day; I often focus on spaces that were man-made and are now disused.
I create impressionistic drawings from my photographs and I try not to force the line but let it wander amongst the shapes. I then endeavor to translate the fluidity from my drawings directly into my work.
The lines are recreated with wire by forming and hammering then a range of processes are employed, including electroforming, powder coating and plating.
